Moonlight Dreaming
Cynthia Arieta
Dimensions: 13 x 13 x 2 Artist Statement: This piece is part of my ongoing exploration of spiritual architecture as both physical presence and memory trace. By working in layers and allowing certain elements to emerge while others recede, I seek to capture that liminal space where the material and immaterial aspects of sacred places converge.
The composition emerges from layers of paint that build and dissolve, creating a dialogue between architectural permanence and ethereal impermanence.
